Sveti Vlas is a resort town located in south-eastern Bulgaria at the foot of the southern slope of the Balkan range, and at the same time on the sea. It is 40 kilometres away from the airport Burgas. The town is radically different from the nearby Sunny Beach - here you will not find noisy parties and discos, but you can improve your health and get rid of chronic diseases. Thanks to the harmonious neighbourhood of sea, forest and mountains, this area has a special microclimate. The city is young and very picturesque. Property prices here are higher than, for example, in neighbouring Sunny Beach, but the resort itself is considered more elite.
There is a modern yacht harbour Marina Dinevi and an exclusive and ambitious project called Dinevi Resort. The resort has all the necessary infrastructure - there are excellent supermarkets, small fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, souvenir shops, household goods, post office, wonderful spa centres, as well as various entertainment for children and adults. Saint Vlas is preferred by those who like a quiet and measured holiday.
There are not many professionally equipped marinas in Bulgaria, so the opening of the harbour gave an impetus to the prosperity and promotion of the resort. St Vlas has not only attracted foreign investors, but local Bulgarians have rediscovered this wonderful town. Those who holidayed here in the late 90's and early 2000's did not recognise the town today. It has become better-looking, beautified and "status".
